About the Portal

One place for learning at Be Conceptual

The Be Conceptual Learning Portal brings students, teachers, parents and our academic team together in one secure online space. Students join live classes, watch recorded lessons, submit assignments and track their progress. Teachers manage their classes, materials and marking. Parents can follow their child’s attendance and results.

Who can use it

Accounts are created by the Be Conceptual team for enrolled students, their parents and our teachers. New families can apply through the online admission form; once an application is approved, login details are sent by email.

Your privacy

Each person only sees the information that belongs to them. Students cannot see other students’ records, and parents only see the children linked to their account.
